Affordable, light-filled studio spaces where artists and makers work, create and connect—at the heart of FABRIK’s vibrant arts hub in the historic Onkaparinga Mill.

Our Makers Studio Spaces for hire offer a supportive environment and the opportunity to connect with other artists. The studios are affordable and have flexible leases. Each studio is 4.5m by 3.2m, unfurnished and lockable. As well as a place to create, Makers are welcome to use their studio as a gallery space or to hold small workshops in (large workshop spaces are also available for hire). In addition, Makers are encouraged to sell their work commission free from their studio.
