Threads of Connection: Embroider the history of Fabrik

When: Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September, 1pm – 3:30pm

Where: In the Lower Workspace of the Blanket Building

Cost: Free

Drop in and join us for a family workshop for all ages hosted by Eleanor Ford of local Adelaide Hills creative business, Mini Mad Things.

Embroider colourful stitches onto historic photos of the former Onkaparinga Woollen Mill and share your connection to the Lobethal community.

The stitched photographs can be displayed in the new Fabrik building as a collaborative community artwork, or you can take your stitching home with you.

Hosted by Eleanor Ford of local Adelaide Hills creative business Mini Mad Things, Eleanor is an ambassador for inspired imaginative play and creative activities for children with a sustainable focus.

There’s no cost to join in the activity, everyone is welcome. As we’ll be using scissors and sewing needles, this activity operates in a play and stay format, with children accompanied by a participating adult.
