When describing your proposed artwork, please let us know whether it be a visual artwork (photography, drawing, collage or painting, wall assemblage, etc.) depicting pockets?
Alternatively, will your artwork be a newly created textile or one created using an actual pocket? Include materials, types of techniques and yarns used to create your artwork.
(Remember, the artwork does not have to be completed at this stage).

I confirm that the information provided by me in the application form is true and correct.
I understand that even though I have registered, FABRIK reserves the right not to include my artwork(s) in Pockets, within circumstances outlined in the Pockets Exhibition Registration Guidelines.
I understand that FABRIK reserves the right present the Pockets exhibition in suitable location of their choice.
This is my only application.
I understand if the Pockets exhibition is cancelled, postponed or exhibition dates are changed for whatever reason, I will not hold FABRIK responsible.
I understand that I cannot change my artwork to the extent that it does not comply with the Pockets Exhibition Registration Guidelines.
