At Fabrik, it’s our pleasure to offer a series of no-cost community crafting session as a part of our Creative Recovery program. Each session has a different crafting focus and is hosted by a friendly volunteer who also doubles as a crafting mentor (aka ‘brains-trust’), ready and willing to share expertise should you need. Feel welcome to bring along your crafting work in progress and craft here at Fabrik with supportive and creative company.
All skill levels are welcome, even if you are a beginner you are absolutely welcome to come along and seek crafting support from the friendly expert in the room. You don’t even need to have materials, our onsite lending library of arts +crafts called REWIND is brimming with resources and consumables to support our community members to get back into crafts and get your creative project up and running.
These sessions are held in our little cottage overlooking the lovely lawn of Mill Square. As the cottage space is cosy in size and so that we can comply with the COVID Safe Plan for the space, bookings are essential.
The timetable of free community crafting sessions for July and August is as follows, please click the link to book in to the sessions on the dates that suit you.

REWIND the Arts + Crafts Lending Library has been kindly supported by the Cudlee Creek Bushfire Recovery Program and the Government of South Australia.
There is no cost to borrow resources and materials from REWIND – it is offered free to people living or working within the region affected by the Cudlee Creek fire and to those volunteering in the recovery process.
Participants are asked to comply with all State Government COVID-19 restrictions and requirements applicable at the time of the workshop. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
