Love indoor plants? Create your own mossy rainforest in this beginner-friendly terrarium workshop.

Learn how to make and care for your own tiny ecosystem in this closed terrarium workshop. At the end of the workshop, you will go home with your very own closed moss rainforest terrarium.

Adelaide Hills indoor plant specialist Helen will teach you all about terrariums, from the layers used to create them, to the plants that thrive in them. She will guide you through each step in creating your own unique miniature world. And along the way, you will learn about the science behind terrariums and how these little ecosystems work.

The workshop includes all the materials required to make your own closed fishbowl terrarium, including mini figurines to add to your scape. Plus, care instructions and box to take home your new terrarium.

This class is suitable for all skill levels. Expert tuition plus lots of friendly support included. Cups of tea + coffee plus simple refreshments will be provided.

This workshop is suitable for ages 10+ (children must be accompanied by a participating adult).

This workshop will take place in the clubrooms at beautiful Bushland Park overlooking the water, a 4-minute drive from Fabrik. Look out for the white FABRIK signage (opposite Brettig Road) on the day.
